After looking at several different options, I decided to come back and take another look at one of them. Simon helped me again, and it was easy to continue the conversation because he already knew what I had been looking for. I want to thank Simon for helping me through a process that I initially thought would take much longer and be much more confusing. He kept everything organized and explained what I needed to know at each stage. Whenever something was unclear, he was happy to go back over it with me. His patience and attention made the experience considerably easier than I expected

Simon hizo que desde el principio sintiera que estaba tratando con alguien que realmente quería ayudarme. Quería dejar esta reseña porque muchas veces solo nos acordamos de comentar cuando algo sale mal, y en este caso tuve una experiencia que realmente valió la pena reconocer. Simon estuvo atento, escuchó mis necesidades y me ayudó a resolver varias dudas que tenía desde el comienzo. Me gustó especialmente su disposición para ayudar incluso con preguntas pequeñas.
